Content Server, formerly known as Livelink, is a database driven web-based Enterprise Information Management solution from Canadian company OpenText, who are the current market leaders in this field. I began using Livelink over 20 years ago as an Administrator / Developer. Over that time I have written and collected various useful items that I present here on this website with the hope that others may find them helpful and also contribute their own content to expand this collection.
I am a Content Server Certified Business User, Administator and a Livelink Certified Developer (with Distinction) and have experience of most Content Server modules - especially Workflow, WebReports & WebLingo - as well as wide exposure to other web related technologies which I use to further enhance the solutions that I work with. Other contributors to this site bring their own skillsets and experience.

In July 2009, I was in the first batch of people to be invited to the "OpenText MCP - Implementer" course looking at how Livelink can be used to enhance a companies existing Sharepoint offering using the OpenText Suite for Microsoft.
This site is constantly being expanded by myself and others who add content in the various different sections of the site - see the ticker at the top for the latest additions. The newest sections concern ActiveViews. OScript Snippets, WebLingo - including a tutorial - and the Dr. LAPI sections. Any help in adding content to this site is appreciated. Before using any of the items in this section, please read the site disclaimer and follow the suggested guidelines.
For the last few years, I have been working for Capgemini as part of their OpenText Centre of Excellence and Solution capability based in the UK, working on projects all around the world. My roles include Lead Solution Architect working with senior client stakeholders and their IT teams, Application Administration for Content Server - and associated components such as Archive Centre, Blazon etc - and development using OScript, WebReports, Smart UI, REST and Web Services.
